You’ll find a pharmacy in the center of Hinterglemm next to the Spar supermarket, as well as in Saalbach on the main road, located in the Raiffeisenbank building.

Your alpine hut is allergy-friendly – with no carpeted floors for a healthier stay. Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, sauna towels, and one cozy bathrobe per person are provided for your comfort.
We are happy to provide a baby cot upon request and for an additional fee.
You’ll find ATMs at the Zwölferkogel valley station, in the center of Hinterglemm, and in Saalbach at the Raiffeisenbank building.
A highlight for all ages: From the end of the valley, a 170 m suspension bridge leads to the Baumzipfelweg – a fascinating treetop path through the mountain forest near the Lindlingalm.
The nearest bus stop is Linzerhaus. The ski bus runs every 20 minutes during the day.

Our water comes from regional mountain springs – it’s safe to drink straight from any tap.
A barbecue is available during the summer months. Please bring your own charcoal and use the grill only in the designated areas – not on the terrace or near the house. Guests are liable for any damage or excessive cleaning caused.
With the digital guestmobility Ticket, you can use all public transportation throughout the province of Salzburg free of charge as our guest. You’ll receive it at check-in or digitally in advance.
As a guest, you are liable for any damages caused by yourself or your fellow travelers. This includes the loss of keys. Please report any damages immediately – settlement is made in cash on site.
Your four-legged friend is very welcome. We charge € 20.00 per dog per night. Owners are fully liable for any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets.
Please fill the outdoor tub with water and be sure to turn off the tap completely after use – otherwise, the pipe may freeze and become damaged.

Please separate your waste according to the signage provided. The disposal area is located in a separate room to the west of the house.
The local tax is € 2.95 per person per night for guests aged 15 and older. Additionally, a mobility fee of € 0.50 per person per night applies. Both fees are not included in the accommodation price.
Please adhere to the number of guests specified in your booking. If there are any changes or additional guests joining, kindly inform us in advance so we can prepare everything accordingly (e.g. linens). Additional guests will be charged separately.
Out of consideration for future guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking indoors. Ashtrays are provided on the terrace. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of € 300.00 will be charged.
At check-in, you’ll receive a personal access code that grants you entry to your holiday home, including the ski and bike storage rooms.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate the alpine hut by 10:00 am at the latest and complete your check-out at Hotel Hubertushof (Zwölferkogelweg 188, 5754 Hinterglemm).
